Tokunbo Akinbajo

Tokunbo Akinbajo has a diverse legal background with experience spanning multiple prestigious organizations. At MassMutual, Tokunbo served as Corporate Secretary and Assistant Corporate Secretary and Counsel. Prior to that, Tokunbo worked with Pratt & Whitney as Assistant Counsel, providing strategic advice to global supply chain executives and negotiating commercial agreements for GTF engines. As a Senior Attorney at Sikorsky Aircraft, Tokunbo negotiated contracts for commercial helicopters and led the legal team for the Marine One Helicopter bid. Tokunbo began the career as an Associate at Jackson Lewis LLP, offering counsel on employment law and representing clients in various employment disputes. Tokunbo holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.
