Vito Rubino has extensive experience in the benefits sector, currently serving as Head of Health & Welfare Benefits and previously as Assistant Vice President of Benefits at MassMutual since 1996. Prior to this role, Vito worked as a Benefits Consultant for Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Co. in 1995-1996 and as a Pension Consultant at Aetna from 1985 to 1994. Vito holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Quinnipiac University and has additional educational background from the University of New Haven.
