Yifei Xiao

Yifei (Ella) Xiao is an accomplished analyst currently working at MassMutual, focusing on strategy, corporate development, and market insights since July 2024. In addition, Yifei serves as an executive board member at Vanguard Think Tank. Previously, Yifei interned at APCO Worldwide, monitoring China’s regulatory developments and co-authoring reports on domestic policy. Academic experience includes a fellowship at the Madeleine Korbel Albright Institute for Global Affairs and a teaching assistant role in world politics at Wellesley College, where Yifei earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations.
