Ying Yu

Ying Yu currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Global Head of Sustainability at MassMutual since January 2021. Prior to this role, Ying held the position of Senior Vice President of ESG & Sustainability at Prologis from January 2020 to January 2021. At Bose Corporation, from January 2006 to January 2020, Ying was the Global Director and Head of Sustainability, successfully integrating sustainability into the company’s culture and operations, along with experience in manufacturing supply chain management. Earlier career roles included Software Engineer at Forrester Research and Enterprise Applications Consultant at John Deere. Ying holds a Master of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from Central Connecticut State University and completed a Professional Education program in Sustainability Principles and Practice at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
