Nobuhle Mbongo

Nobuhle Mbongo currently serves as the Executive Head of Legal Affairs at MAST, beginning in April 2023. Prior to this role, Nobuhle was the Group Company Secretary at Discovery Limited from February 2019 to March 2023 and worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Internet Solutions from July 2014 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team of attorneys and providing legal services to various internal clients across subsidiaries and regional offices in Africa. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Counsel for American Tower Corporation South Africa and as Manager of Legal Services for the 2010 FIFA World Cup Organising Committee, where key tasks involved legal advising, negotiating agreements, and handling high-level disputes. Nobuhle holds a degree in Leading in a Digital World from IE Business School and is a Chartered Company Secretary from the Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa.
