Lorna Otero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist at MasTec since September 2025, Lorna previously held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition at Curia from November 2021 to August 2025, providing recruitment services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors. Prior to that, Lorna worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Waste Management, specializing in exempt leadership roles, and served as a Human Resources Specialist at Service Corporation International, facilitating full-cycle recruiting for multiple offices nationwide. Lorna's earlier experience includes roles at Silver Airways, where responsibilities included administering HR policies, and LaVan & Neidenberg, P.A. as a Corporate Recruiter and HR Generalist. Lorna holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Florida International University.
