Maria Fernanda Castellanos, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional with a comprehensive background in accounting and taxation. Currently serving as a Senior Tax Accountant at MasTec since January 2022, Maria has previously held positions as a Tax Analyst at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd., along with experience as an Accountant at Suarez, Ortiz, & Vega, CPA’s. Maria’s expertise includes the preparation of personal income tax returns, sales tax reports, and data entry for accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Taxation and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Accounting from Miami Dade College. Maria also contributed as a Volunteer at VITA, assisting low-income taxpayers with their tax returns.
