Carrie Hay is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles within prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Tax Manager at Schroders since September 2025, Carrie previously held the position of Head of Tax at NextEnergy Capital from September 2023 to July 2025. Additionally, Carrie contributed as Interim Head of Tax at Schroders Personal Wealth from June 2022 to September 2023 while providing maternity cover.
