Mariel Ortiz

Mariel Ortiz began their work experience in 2010 as a Human Resources Specialist at Lennar, where they worked until 2012. Mariel then joined AuraPortal as a Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at the Miami Downtown Development Authority until 2018. Since 2019, they have been serving as the Human Resources Director at MasTec, responsible for personnel selection, work environment, and employee performance and compensation.

Mariel Ortiz received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
