Preeti Sharma

Preeti Sharma has over 16 years of experience in the staffing industry. Preeti started their career at Satnam Distributors in 2000 as an Assistant Manager. In 2006, they joined Mastech as a Sourcer and quickly transitioned into a Recruitment role. Preeti has a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting procedures, including sourcing candidates, screening, negotiating, and problem-solving. Currently, Preeti works at Mastech Digital as a Team Lead in IT Recruitment.

Preeti Sharma holds a M.COM degree in Commerce & Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2001-2003). Prior to that, they earned a B.Com degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai (1997-2000). Preeti also completed their High School Diploma in Business/Commerce from SMT. CHM College, Ulhasnagar - 03 (1995-1997). Preeti obtained their School Diploma - 10th in English Language and Literature from Kendriya Vidyalaya (1986-1995). In addition, they have received certifications in H1B Process 101 and Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment from Mastech Digital and LinkedIn respectively in 2023. Preeti has also achieved the Quaterly Elite Recruiter certification from Mastech Digital in the same year.
