Paul Rawson

Paul Rawson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paul is currently the Head of Digital Service Design at Mastek. Prior to that, they worked at NHS Digital, where they held multiple roles, including Lead Product Manager & Service Designer, Strategic Service Designer, Enterprise Architect, and Solution Architect. Paul also has experience at Otley Sailing Club as a Volunteer and Committee Member. Before that, they worked at Lloyds Banking Group as a Principal Technician and IT Product Manager, and at Bank of Scotland as a Distributed Platform Governance Manager. Paul began their career at HBOS, where they held positions as a Technical Product Manager, IT Platform Manager, and Senior Infrastructure Developer.

Paul Rawson completed their Master's degree in Healthcare and Design at Imperial College London from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Leeds Beckett University. In 2016, they attended a design boot camp at Design Thinkers Academy, focusing on solving real-world problems.
