Mary Hanna-Flor

Mary Hanna-Flor has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, with experience in training, management, and customer service. Mary currently serves as the Vice President of Global Training at Master Connection Associates, where Mary leads training initiatives and facilitates sessions on sales, leadership, and customer service. Prior to this, Mary held various roles in food and beverage management at luxury hotels such as Mandarin Oriental and The Resort at Pelican Hill. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University.
