Refilwe Dipholo

Refilwe Dipholo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ). Currently serving as the Regional SHEQ Manager, Group IMS Coordinator, and Quality and Production Analyst at Master Drilling Group Ltd since January 2016, Refilwe has been involved in critical activities such as analysis of Conditional Monitoring, project budgeting, non-conformance management, and internal audits. Prior to this role, experience at M-Tech Industrial as Configuration Manager and Configuration Officer included maintaining the Configuration Management System and supporting SHERQ consultancy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Technology in Quality from the University of Johannesburg, a Diploma in Office Management and Technology from Vaal University of Technology, and ongoing studies toward an International Diploma for Health and Safety Professionals from Phoenix Health and Safety.
