Shane Ferguson

Shane currently serves on a number of board committees, providing tax and legal advisory services to the group. He is currently employed at TW Ferguson (Pty) Ltd and has engaged in legal, tax, business and corporate solutions for listed corporations and large to medium-sized private companies since 1994. Prior to his employment at TW Ferguson (Pty) Ltd, Shane served as a staff member in the tax, legal and business unit at Arthur Anderson and Co and as a tax assessor at the South African Revenue Service (SARS).
