Ben Pooley

Ben Pooley is an experienced executive leader currently serving as the General Manager - People & Safety at Master Hire Pty Ltd since January 2022, where responsibilities include managing people and safety protocols to promote a positive and high-performance culture. Prior to this role, Ben held positions focusing on quality and compliance, program management at AIA Australia during a significant transition period, and various leadership roles at CommInsure where Ben enhanced project execution and managed life claims teams. Early career experience includes team management at Gallagher Bassett and progressing through multiple roles in the workers compensation industry. Ben Pooley holds a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Institute of Business and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the University of Sydney, along with completion of the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
