Anita L. began their career in 2021 as a Recruitment IT Researcher for Master Of Code Global, where they were responsible for sourcing and identifying candidates, maintaining an up-to-date database of candidates, pre-screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Anita also researched the IT market of foreign countries to find partners. Additionally, they held the role of IT Sourcer for Glia. In 2021, Anita L. also began working as a Junior Technical Recruiter/Recruitment IT Coordinator for QA Madness, where they were responsible for maintaining an accurate up-to-date candidate database, defining job descriptions and job specifications, CV screening, interviewing candidates, and recruiting and selecting candidates through various sources. Lastly, from 2019 to 2021, Anita L. worked as a Photographer for Instagram, where they developed their own customer base, had experience working with strangers of different ages, and successfully completed courses on the basics of photography, a "Boho" wedding workshop, and courses on professional photo retouching by Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.

Anita L. began their educational journey in 2017 when they enrolled in Cherkasy State Technological University and earned their Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics in 2021. In 2022, they enrolled in the WayUP platform to pursue a Web layout designer: getting started degree in Information Technology.
