Anna Bratusheva (Yenina)

Anna Bratusheva (Yenina) has a wealth of experience in the IT and analytics industry. Anna began their career as an Operator-interviewer at the СATI call center in 2011, and then went on to work as an Operator-interviewer at the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology in 2008. In 2014, they took on the role of Head of Analytical Department and Analyst at MedExpert Company, where they organized and conducted projects in the format of a series of expert interviews for a French company, and organized and conducted “Mystery patient” projects for medical facilities in Kyiv. In 2017, they moved to OLCG as Head of Analytical Department, where they worked on projects such as “The state of the HIV/AIDS epidemic and response measures in the Solomyansky, Darnytsky and Shevchenkivsky districts of Kyiv. Situational Analysis.” In 2018, they held the roles of IT Business Analyst/Implementation Consultant at both TSI and Banza, and also worked as a Business Analyst and Power BI Analyst at BIJB - Microsoft partner, Power BI center of competence, where they created reporting and data visualization models in Power BI for financial and medical companies. In 2021, they began their current role as IT Business Analyst at Master of Code Global.

Anna Bratusheva (Yenina) completed a Master's degree in Health Care Administration/Management from the National University of "Kyiv-Mohyla Academy" between 2012 and 2014. Anna also earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the same institution between 2008 and 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Creatio in 2021 and 2020, a Certificate program from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, and Internal and Lead (External) Auditor certifications from Bureau Veritas.
