Daryna Plakhotniuk began their career in 2020 as a Customer Support Specialist and Content Editor at Boosters.com.ua. In 2021, they joined Master Of Code Global as a Recruiting Manager and IT Recruitment Researcher. In 2022, they moved to Glia as an IT Research Consultant, where they were responsible for sourcing and selection of relevant candidates of different seniority levels and technology stack (Europe, LATAM, South Africa, Asia), as well as market analysis.
