Irina Nikulina

Irina Nikulina has had a varied career in the tech industry. Irina began their career in 2013 as a Delivery Operations Manager at Master Of Code Global. Irina then moved to a role as QA Department Manager, where they were responsible for initiating new vacancies, creating and checking test tasks, conducting interviews, managing and mentoring QA engineers, creating a solution-oriented and thinking culture in QA engineering, contributing to knowledge sharing and other internal communication forums, creating and supporting a QA knowledgebase, allocating QA engineers with the right skill sets to projects, making personal development plans for each QA engineer, and providing proactive technical counsel to project members. Irina also held the role of Project Manager and QA engineer at Master Of Code Global. In 2014, they began teaching at Geekhub, and in 2016 they began teaching and mentoring at Masters Academy.

Irina Nikulina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Odessa I.I.Mechnikov National University in 2012. Irina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Linguistics at Cherkasy State University 'Bohdan Hmelnycky', which they completed in 2013.
