Ivan Pohrebniyak

Ivan Pohrebniyak has over 10 years of work experience, beginning with a Research Assistant role at the University of British Columbia in 2005, followed by a Research Assistant role at Simon Fraser University in 2004. In 2006, they took on a Business Consultant (Internship) role at Scottish Enterprise. In 2007, they became an Insurance Associate / HR Recruitment Manager at American Income Life. From 2008 to 2016, Ivan held various roles at Ciklum, including Senior Client Service Manager & Clients Community Leader, Marketing Manager, and Sales Coordinator. In 2015, they became a Business Development Director at Itera - MAKE A DIFFERENCE. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Delivery Operations Director at Ciklum. In 2018, they co-founded O2IT: Outsourcing2IT, where they served as the Co-founder, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Since 2019, Ivan has been a Client Delivery Director at Master Of Code Global and an Advisor on Project Management at TechUkraine.

Ivan Pohrebniyak obtained a Certificate from UWC Adriatic - Collegio del Mondo Unito dell'Adriatico O.N.L.U.S. in 2000-2002, where they studied International Baccalaureate (IB). Ivan then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA from Simon Fraser University from 2002-2007, with Concentrations in Marketing and Finance, and a joint major with Economics. In 2005, they participated in an Erasmus Exchange at the Copenhagen Business School, where they studied Business Administration. Additionally, Ivan has obtained three certifications: Certified OKR Practitioner from the OKR Institute in October 2022, ICP-ATF - Agile Team Facilitation by ICAgile in November 2018, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) by Scrum Alliance in February 2018.
