Natasha Gouws-Stewart

Natasha Gouws-Stewart has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in various companies. Natasha is currently working as a Senior Conversation Designer at Master Of Code Global since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Discovery Limited as a Conversation Design Lead and Usability Analyst from August 2021 to September 2021. In these roles, Natasha was responsible for overseeing conversation and UX design for the Discovery virtual agent, conducting user research and testing sessions, and providing design recommendations.

Before joining Discovery, Natasha worked at Deloitte South Africa as a Senior Consultant and Consultant from November 2018 to July 2020. At Deloitte, they gained experience in project management and consulting.

Previously, Natasha worked at IQbusiness South Africa as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. In these roles, they had significant experience in UX design and research, conducting user interviews, creating user stories, and collaborating with stakeholders, developers, and designers.

Natasha began their career as an Intern at Investec in 2016.

Natasha Gouws-Stewart's education history includes a Higher Education Diploma in Postgraduate Diploma in Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, which they obtained in 2016. Before that, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same university, completing it between 2010 and 2015.
