Olga Bayeva

Olga Bayeva has over 15 years of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Head Cashier for Carnival Cruise Lines. In 2009, they became a Senior Accountant for Otten Consulting LLC. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at Ciklum as a Project Controller and Project Manager. From 2017 to 2018, they worked at Gambio GmbH (Kiev Team) as a Product Owner. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at Evolvice GmbH as a Product Owner and Business Analyst. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Project Manager for Master Of Code Global.

Olga Bayeva received a Bachelor's Degree in Economy from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b between 2010 and 2012. Olga then obtained a Master's Degree in Biochemistry & Immunology from Zaporizhzhya State University between 1997 and 2002. In addition, they hold certifications from ICAgile, IAMPM, Scrum Alliance, and more, including an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF) obtained in March 2020, an IT Development Process Course obtained in April 2019, a Certified Scrum Product Owner obtained in November 2017, an ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) obtained in January 2016, and a Certified ScrumMaster obtained in December 2017.
