Mark Fandrich

Mark Fandrich has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Mark is currently the VP of Finance at Master Technology Group (MTG), a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the CFO at Time Share LLC from December 2022 to March 2023. Mark also worked as the CFO at Pineapple Energy from March 2022 to August 2022. Mark held the same role at Communications Systems, Inc. (now Pineapple Energy) from August 2016 to March 2022. Before that, Mark was the VP of Finance at Suttle, a Communication Systems, Inc. company, from July 2015 to August 2016.

Mark's earlier experience includes serving as the Corporate Controller at The Bergquist Company from April 2005 to July 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Finance at Larex Inc from April 2000 to March 2005. Mark also has experience as a Controller at Digi International from February 1999 to March 2000, where they were responsible for SEC reporting, internal financial reporting, and budgeting. Mark started their career in accounting roles at Peace Corps, MN Brewing, Anderson Consulting, and Tracker Software from July 1992 to December 1996.

Mark Fandrich attended Concordia College from 1980 to 1984. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management during this time. In 2004, they furthered their education at Metro State University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance in 2005. Mark also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the MN State Board of Accountancy, however, specific details regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
