Emily Small

Emily Small is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Public Relations & Executive Administration at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. since April 2015. In this role, Emily develops and manages internal employee communications while acting as a liaison between the President and various departments, significantly enhancing media relations efforts. Prior to this, Emily held multiple leadership positions at MasterBrand, including Director of Marketing Shared Services, where oversight of brand marketing and a large team was maintained, and Group Brand Manager, managing a $2.1 million budget. Emily's career began as a 1st Grade Teacher at Holy Trinity Lutheran School. Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Elementary Education from Murray State University.
