Farand Pawlak

Farand Pawlak is an accomplished finance and investor relations executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at MasterBrand, Inc. since October 2022, responsibilities include overseeing investor relations, treasury, and corporate communications. Previously held leadership roles at Masonite® and Colfax Corporation, where expertise in investor relations was demonstrated through strategic financial analysis and investor outreach programs. Farand also has a strong background in financial management from tenures at Rockwell Automation and TMK IPSCO, focusing on budgeting, compliance, and internal controls.
