Jordan Duncan

Jordan Duncan has over a decade of experience in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as the Total Rewards Strategy Director at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC since May 2012. Jordan has held various roles within the organization, including Compensation Director, Compensation and Benefits Manager, Senior Supervisor of Compensation & Benefits, Senior Compensation Analyst, Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Specialist. Prior to joining MasterBrand Cabinets, Jordan gained experience as an HR Intern at MasterBrand Cabinets in 2011. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Professional Services from the University of Southern Indiana, completed in 2012.
