Ceaser Tako

Ceaser Tako is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resources and Administrative Management, currently serving as an HR Partner in People Services at the Mastercard Foundation since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at UNHCR, a Human Resources Specialist with FAO and the Office of the Emergency and Resilience, and a Human Resource and Administration Officer at the International Rescue Committee. Ceaser also worked as a Human Resource and Industrial Relations Trainee at Kakira Distillery. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University, complemented by UACE from Jinja College and UCE from Holy Cross High School.
