Hiqmat Sungdeme S. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, technology, and community engagement focused on women's rights and youth empowerment. Currently serving as an Advisor for Emerging Technologies and Women’s Rights at Women7, Hiqmat has held multiple roles at Mastercard Foundation, including Digital Communications & Business Growth Associate, and has contributed significantly as a youth delegate and advocate with organizations such as Plan International and Hiqmat Sungdeme Leads Global Advocacy Network. With a strong academic foundation in Biological Sciences from the University of Ghana and a certification in Graphic Communications, Hiqmat also founded Young Female Influencers, leading impactful advocacy campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
