Alice Harling

Alice Harling has a diverse background in the hospitality and human resources sectors. Experience includes a role as a waitress at Buchanan Bistro from October 2013 to August 2019, followed by a short-term HR work experience at The Carnegie Club at Skibo Castle in July 2019. Alice progressed to Mastercard, where involvement spanned from March 2022 to March 2023 in various positions including People Specialist, Senior Analyst in Learning and Development, Senior People Specialist, and Associate Analyst, participating in the Mastercard Launch Programme with rotations in talent acquisition, employee relations, and talent management across Europe and EMEA. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Human Resource Management and Marketing from the University of Stirling and completed an Erasmus Exchange Programme at the University of Groningen.
