Andrea G. serves as the Vice President of Learning and Development - Learning Experience at Mastercard since May 2023, leading initiatives that integrate five key academies into a data-driven learning ecosystem for over 36,000 employees globally. Previously, Andrea held the position of Director of Learning Experience & HR Innovation Lab at Indeed.com from April 2016 to March 2023, overseeing a learning organization of 50 professionals and enhancing employee growth strategies. Additional roles include positions at General Assembly, DIRECTV, Learning U, and SunTrust Bank, contributing to instructional design, training program development, and project management. Andrea holds an M.A. in Instructional Design Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and a B.S. in Psychology from Florida Atlantic University.
