Andrei Skurtu is an accomplished finance and technology expert with an extensive background in digital payments and product delivery. Currently serving as Vice President at Mastercard since January 2016, Andrei has held multiple leadership roles focusing on digital and fintech commercialization, push payments, and cyber intelligence. Prior experience includes positions as Group Manager for Client Application Modernization at Unisys and Vice President of Program Management at Citi. Andrei began a career at CHI as Director of Global Programs and worked as an Investment Advisor at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Academic qualifications include a B.A. in International Relations & History and an M.A. in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, along with an MBA in Business Administration from Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
