Anshul Sheopuri

Anshul Sheopuri currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People Operations & Insights at Mastercard, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Anshul was with IBM for over 15 years, where various titles included Vice President of People Analytics (Data & AI) and Chief Technology Officer for HR. Anshul directed the People Analytics and Cognitive Offerings team, leading 60 analytics experts to enhance IBM's workforce analytics capabilities. Anshul's earlier career at IBM involved leading teams focused on digital marketing and customer experience analytics. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Stochastic Optimization from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Anshul has also co-authored academic research published in Management Science.
