Boris Ostrovsky

Boris Ostrovsky is an experienced executive with a robust background in product management and network oversight in the financial services sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Product Management for Cross Border Services at Mastercard since January 2021, Boris focuses on end-to-end outcomes across payout processes. Previously, Boris held the role of Senior Vice President at Transfast, where leadership in payout capability integration into the Mastercard network was key. Prior experience includes various senior positions at Citi, where significant achievements included managing a $140M P&L and generating over $2B in operating liquidity across a diverse regional landscape. Boris holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Pomona College.
