Christina Rojas

Christina (Filopoulos) Rojas is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Mastercard. Previously, Christina held multiple senior vice president roles at Citi, including positions focused on early career talent acquisition and program management for the LATAM region, HR advisory for ICG Technology, and graduate recruitment. Christina’s career at Citi also included a vice president role in the Diversity Office and assistant vice president as a project analyst in graduate recruitment. Early career experience includes serving as a campus recruiter in capital markets and investment research.
