Dimitri Liyanage

Dimitri Liyanage is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate development and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Mastercard, Dimitri previously held the position of Head of Group Special Projects & M&A at Banijay. Earlier career roles include Manager in the Transaction Advisory Group at Alvarez & Marsal and Analyst in Transaction Advisory Services at EY. Additionally, Dimitri contributed as an Operations Consultant on a Cornell University project at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Academically, Dimitri holds a Master of Engineering in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Industrial Engineering from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
