Elise Suen

Elise Suen is a seasoned professional in executive and leadership development with extensive experience in talent management and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Director of Executive & Leadership Development at Mastercard since September 2024, Elise previously held multiple roles at Egon Zehnder from August 2015 to September 2024, including Global Principal in Leadership Advisory Services and as a core member of the US Board Practice. Elise also worked as a Special Projects Associate at AchieveMission and as a RISE Fellow at New Sector Alliance. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Development from the University of Pennsylvania.
