Fran Carey

Fran Carey is currently a Director and People Business Partner at Mastercard, focusing on employee resource groups across Europe. With extensive experience in HR roles at various organizations including HSBC, Centric Health, and Lionbridge, Fran has demonstrated a strong ability to manage recruitment processes, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives. Fran has also led numerous HR projects and contributed to developing HR policies and procedures while supporting managers in performance management and compliance. They continue to enhance their expertise by pursuing a Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner Course and previously earned a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Coaching for Performance.
