Geoffrey Go is a seasoned financial services leader with over 14 years of experience in team leadership and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as Director of Account Management at Mastercard since 2022, Geoffrey previously held the role of Transformation Officer at HSBC from 2020 to 2022 and was the Director of Strategic Initiatives at HSBC Bank from 2018 to 2020. They began their career as a Project Analyst at Union Switch & Signal and have since cultivated a broad understanding of the consumer financial services industry across various roles, leveraging analytical skills and strong interpersonal abilities to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Geoffrey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and History & Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
