Isabela F.

Isabela F. is an innovation leader currently serving as the Director of Innovation Management at Mastercard, where they are involved with the company's innovation engine, Mastercard Foundry. They previously held various roles at Mastercard, including Program Manager and Director of Program Management. Isabela has also worked as a Digital Project Manager at both permanent tsb and the Emerald Cultural Institute, and served as an Innovation Lab Associate at OneValley Ventures. In addition to their extensive professional experience, Isabela has held a guest lecturer position in Futures Thinking at FIAP since 2023 and holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
