Joshua Lim is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial services and product management. Currently serving as Manager of Products and Solutions for International Markets at Mastercard since November 2022, Joshua is responsible for market development and driving growth of Mastercard Gateway in Southeast Asia. Prior experience includes Assistant Manager of Regional Cards & Scheme Partnerships at Grab, where engagement with country teams and card schemes facilitated growth for GrabPay card programs. Earlier roles at UOB included Product Manager and management associate, where Joshua contributed to product management and revenue-driving strategies, alongside internships in research and business development. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Economics from Singapore Management University, supplemented by additional studies at Copenhagen Business School and an International Baccalaureate from Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
