Ken Moore

Ken has over 25 years’ experience in international financial services and commerce. Working for some of the world’s leading financial services companies, Ken has lived and worked in 14 countries across Asia Pacific, North and Latin America, Europe and Africa. He has held executive leadership roles in Product Management, Technology Delivery, Client Management, Strategy and Innovation.

Ken joined Mastercard in 2016 as Head of Mastercard Labs and currently holds the title of Chief Innovation Officer. In this role, Ken leads Mastercard Foundry, a new organization with the vision to accelerate the future of commerce through innovation and experience. The Foundry brings together the capabilities of four teams – Customer Experience, Digital Futures, Studio, and Labs. Together these teams work across Mastercard and with partners to power innovation and customer experiences with a goal to differentiate Mastercard with clients, to build great products, and to build and equip great product managers by enhancing our innovation culture through skills development, tools and infrastructure.

He was recently recognized by Deloitte Ireland with the 2021 Financial Services Innovation Leadership Award. The award honors an individual who has significantly contributed to innovation in the financial services industry and advancement of the sector.

Prior to joining Mastercard, Ken held executive roles at Citigroup and Accenture. He splits his time between NYC and Dublin, Ireland where he lives with his wife and two sons.
