Ksenia Sussman

Ksenia Sussman serves as Vice President and Senior Managing Counsel at Mastercard, overseeing global legal matters for SME Solutions since December 2021, and previously held the role of Senior Counsel, focusing on the development and distribution of SME product offerings. Ksenia is also a Board Member at Neos Equity Group LLC, contributing to strategic planning and management for a specialty investment firm. As the Managing Counsel and Founder of LATTUDE, Ksenia led a legal advisory firm specializing in blockchain and digital assets. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel at BitOoda, where legal and compliance risks were managed across regulated entities, and significant roles at Barclays Investment Bank, where bespoke investment deals were structured in FinTech. Ksenia holds a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston and a BBA in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
