Lenin Sembo Oyuga is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Currently serving as the Head of Telco Commercial & Partnerships for Mastercard, Lenin previously held leadership roles at Oracle, including Senior Director for the Telco Industry in Africa, achieving significant revenue growth and strategic client engagements. As a recognized leader, Lenin has been honored twice as a Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader in East Africa and actively contributes to various boards, including Cherehani Africa and the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance. In addition, Lenin holds a Master of Science in Web Sciences and Big Data from the University of Liverpool and continues studies in Electronic and Computer Engineering at Jomo Kenyatta University.
