Sara Margad has extensive experience in customer experience and operations transformation, currently with Mastercard. Previously, they held various roles, including Manager of Investment Banking at CFG Bank and Methods Engineer at FactSet, where they contributed to financial methodologies and client services. Sara also worked as a Corporate Bank Relationship Manager at Citi and completed an internship at KPMG as a Junior Auditor. They hold a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from Université Panthéon Sorbonne and are pursuing further education in Finance at Laval University.
