Serena Cheng is currently serving as the APAC Regional Counsel for Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macao at Mastercard, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, Serena worked as a Legal Counsel at Fidelity International from 2020 to 2023 and as an Attorney at Law at both Beck & Masten International Law Firm (2013-2015) and Liyu Law Firm (2016-2020). Serena earned a Bachelor's degree in Law from National Taiwan University and a Master's degree in Law from National Chiao Tung University, followed by an additional Master's degree from New York University School of Law.
