Shannon Moore

Shannon Moore, CDMP, currently serves as the Director of Data Governance and Management at Mastercard since November 2024. Prior to this role, Shannon held multiple positions at Daugherty Business Solutions from August 2018 to December 2024, progressing from Consultant to Senior Principal Consultant. Shannon's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Writer and Lead Author at Unit4 from August 2015 to August 2018, a Lecturer at Washington University in St. Louis from August 2014 to August 2015, and an Adjunct Instructor in the Pierre Laclede Honors Program at the University of Missouri - St. Louis from August 2013 to August 2015. Additional experience includes working as a Writing Coach for Brookings Executive Education from September 2013 to May 2015. Shannon holds a Certificate in Data Analysis from Brigham Young University and a Master's degree from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
