Vincent DiCarlo II has extensive experience in product management, particularly in loyalty solutions and rewards programs. At Mastercard, from November 2021 to March 2024, Vincent held multiple director-level positions focusing on Loyalty Solutions for North America, including responsibilities for regional and specialty accounts. Prior to Mastercard, Vincent served as Manager of Card Loyalty and Rewards at HSBC from March 2017 to November 2021. Vincent's earlier career spanned nearly two decades at M&T Bank, where roles included Rewards Product Manager, Debit Card Product Manager, IVR Product Manager, Indirect Auto Loan Product Manager, and Operations Manager.
