Erica Kammann

Erica Kammann is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and marketing roles across various organizations. At MasterClass, Erica has progressed through multiple titles, culminating in the position of SVP, Chief of Staff, managing key initiatives and overseeing people operations since July 2013. Prior to MasterClass, Erica co-founded Suddenlee and held various marketing leadership positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, ranging from Director of Marketing Program Development to Manager of Field Marketing. Erica's career began at Gap and Design Within Reach as an Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, respectively. In terms of education, Erica is currently pursuing a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University and holds a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
