Erin Sermeus has extensive experience in talent development, programming, and booking. Erin started their career in 1997 as the Communications Director for Congressman Bruce F. Vento in the U.S. House of Representatives. Erin then worked as the Deputy Director of National Press Advance for Bill Bradley's presidential campaign in 1999. From 2000 to 2006, Erin worked at CNN, first as the Director of Publicity for Larry King Live and later as a Producer for the same show. In 2006, they joined The Oprah Winfrey Show as the Manager of Booking and Talent Relations. Erin then moved to Harpo Productions in 2011, where they served as the Vice President of Booking and Talent Relations until 2016. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as the Vice President of Talent Development and Programming at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network. Currently, Erin Sermeus holds the position of Vice President of Talent at MasterClass since 2017.
