Jezabel de Leon

Jezabel de Leon has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is as the People Business Partner Lead at MasterClass, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director, People Business Partner G&A at Guidewire Software from April 2020 to December 2022. Before that, Jezabel worked as a Senior HR Manager, G&A at Tesla from January 2018 to April 2020. Jezabel also held the position of Coach & HR Business Partner at Accenture from August 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were the Director of Operations at New Deal Design from August 2012 to July 2015. Jezabel began their career at Ernst & Young as an Assistant Director, Advisory Operations from January 2005 to July 2012. Jezabel also worked as a Client Service Support at J.P. Morgan from January 2000 to January 2003.

Jezabel de Leon obtained their BA in Economics from San Francisco State University, graduating in 2004. Jezabel then went on to pursue their MBA at Golden Gate University, completing their degree in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Jezabel has obtained certifications in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University in 2013 and is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach.
